Lovely homes!
DO NOT BUY Unfortunately cannot give less than 1 Star, living on phase 1 has been nothing but stress and issues, we have lived here nearly 2.5 years and had nothing but issues. Took 1.5 years to finally receive extras we paid for, 2.5 years later I’m still no closer to completing the numerous snag lists that were reported in the first months, the staff are nothing short of rude and unhelpful, they don’t reply to any correspondence. We are currently looking for a new house in Wynyard and have just about checked every new build in the area. So, whilst I can't as yet give a review of our new home, I can comment on the quality of the homes we have viewed to date and the helpfulness and expertise of the sales staff.
