I have used Robert Crossley Solicitors for 3 separate conveyancing processes, and as a property developer I can say from experience that they are the best solicitors I have ever used. I am based in the south of England and geographical differences has had no bearing on the process what so ever. Ms McLellan has acted for us on all the projects. Robert Morrison dealt with our conveyancing, with support from Will Mellor for completion when he was away on leave. Robert was very efficient and responded to both emails and calls promptly and professionally. Really can't fault the service or handling of our house sale. We were kept updated, everything was professional and timely.
I used Roberts to buy my house in 2010, and then to sell it in 2025. Everything was great both times - detailed plan available online, easy to contact, good cover when lead conveyancer is away, etc. No need to be local to use them. Almost everything is electronic. Some things can be emailed, printed, signed in ink and scanned/photo for electronic return. Only about 2 things required the use of post to return a wet signature.
