Dr. Lugo was supposed to do a 45 minute surgery for a small torn Labrum per MRI. When he observed the labrum in surgery it was much worse than expected and the surgery became over 2 hours. He was very methodical in explaining what he did and my shoulder is better than anyone expected. His demeanor is very pleasant and reassuring.
I am a very conscientious consumer regarding my health. If I tap a physician, it is because I have done research. He replaced one of my knees, and given a chronic condition I have, it was flawless.
He explained everything and doesn’t try to rush you into having surgery. He’s a wonderful doctor.
Dr Lugo was very kind and took time to discuss how to proceed with my knees. He is going the conservative route. Thankful to find him.
