Today was bad! Waited 1.5hrs to see Dr.About 1hr to be called, another 30mins for Xray.Had not been like this in past appts.
Dr Lugo is a caring personable Dr who takes his time with you. Have been seeing him over the past ten years.
I was hesitant to receive another injection in my knee and he was understanding and let me make my decision - yes I received it. Kudos for Dr Lugo!
I’m nervous and excited for my surgery but mostly am confident in Dr Lugo’s ability. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained the procedure.

Dr Lugo was extremely busy & running behind….. Unfortunately, so many patients were very rude to his staff. It made me feel very bad about the human race. Dr Lugo & every person on his staff from the front desk to the back staff assistants do their very best & always put a smile on their face for each & every patient…,
