Doctor/staff are nice. My time is just as important as theirs. 1.15hr wait to talk to him for 5 minutes is extremely hard to write nice things on. Hopefully my next visit is better

Dr. Lugo was very friendly and approachable. He explained the best course of action for treatment in a manner I understood. I felt very comfortable with him. My family members told me was a great doctor and they were right!

I would give Dr.Lugo 20 stars if I could. However, I have found his Assistant to be very off-putting. I did not find her pleasant nor respectful when I first met her, for scheduling my knee surgery. Today, in a phone conversation, I found her arrogant and dismissive. NOTE: I am NOT a demanding, entitled patient who might elicit such treatment.
Dr. Lugo exemplifies all the qualities one looks for in a Physician. He is polite, thorough, caring, explains everything, answers any questions, demonstrates techniques for exercises, calming and above all professional. His reputation precedes him and he fulfills all expectations.
I was impressed by Dr. Lugo. He was easy to talk with and very informative regarding my degenerative hip. The nurses were friendly and explained the necessary steps in preparation for surgery.
Dr Lugo is always attentive, while explaining all questions with patience in understandable terms.
Dr Lugo is amazing, and very knowledgeable. His staff explain everything. Only problem is wait time either in waiting room or exam room both prior and after seeing the Dr. This is an issue for his patients who are there to be relieved of chronic pain. I was in agony when I left. Staff does not seem to consider pain in expediting people thru appointments and paperwork. 2.5 hours, saw Dr for few minutes, rest of time waiting.
