Dr Lugo came highly rated and now that I am his patient I can see why. After have a catastrophic knee injury, my wife (who is a medical professional) asked several other medical professionals who the best knee doctor is Dr Lugo was it. Dr. Lugo is the first doctor I have ever completely trusted. He is kind, honest, patient, and hardworking. He sees a problem and does the most to provide the best care possible. Dr Lugo is always courteous and responsive to my needs! Office staff also courteous and polite!!
Dr. Lugo was supposed to do a 45 minute surgery for a small torn Labrum per MRI. When he observed the labrum in surgery it was much worse than expected and the surgery became over 2 hours. He was very methodical in explaining what he did and my shoulder is better than anyone expected. His demeanor is very pleasant and reassuring.
