Alex the PA was very thorough and gave me a great deal of time and a game plan for treatment. Dr. Lugo is very competent and also willing to give time.
Both my wife and I had total hip replacements performed by Doctor Lugo a truly gifted surgeon!!! (4) hours after surgery I walked up a set of stairs…(2) days using a walker (3) days using a cane …Zero pain !!!
From the reception to the check out everything was really good. Got my shots in both knees. Everyone was very happy and really nice and smiling.
Dr. Lugo performed complete hip replacement using superpath technique ! Every person on staff from administrative to medical support was excellent ! Dr Lugo leads a professional and caring team . Dr Lugo is thorough and skillful and gives you all necessary information related to your surgery! Has a relaxed and caring manner which instills trust and confidence ! Would recommend him without reservation !
This was a follow-up to my 11/19 hip replacement. It has been such an easy recovery with perfect results. Dr Lugo and his team are the best. Everyone is so nice and professional. Listen to all your needs and take care of them. I have arthritis and have had a good deal of pain in my shoulders. They are also treating me for this and have really helped a lot. I would highly recommend them.
Very professional, courteous,caring staff- very kind-doc very upbeat and right to the point- has empathy- kind and compassionate- listens to patient and respectful- wait time is very minimal-at most 25 minutes- I have already recommended him to my husband for knee replacement-
Have told numerous peeps about own personal incredible outcome following knee replacement. Also read good reviews of hip outcomes so am making hip referrals too ! (Recently retired RN :-). I would highly recommend Dr. Lugo. He truly is an outstanding surgeon, has excellent bedside manners, and is very likable as a person, very down-to-earth and compassionate.
All employees - front desk, MA, X-Ray and Dr. Lugo - were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend them!
