My only complaint is not with the doctor. It is the ridiculously protracted waiting time.
Dr. Lugo is an excellent physician and very caring. He and his partners would have many more patients if his practice did a much better job of scheduling patients. Yesterday had a 2:30 appointment and did not get called to see the doctor until 4:45. The office staff at the front desk have no clue on how to interact with waiting patients. Even though I like the doctor, the wait without explanation tells me the practice is disorganized. As a result will not be back to see the doctor.
