The staff at Robert Wood is excellent. I would recommend that hospital over any other in the area. I spent 11 out of 36 month in that hospital. The entire staff was great from housekeeping to the doctors. They treated me so great. I hope I never need to go back but if i do, I trust that I will be in great hands.
My sons 1st birthday is today and unfortunately my sons father was a gun shot victim. Surgeons said I would be able to come back after a couple hours after recovery. I come back at exactly 3am and was told I could not see my sons father because another patient in the room didn't want any visitors .. That's absurd and straight bullshit . Why does a gunshot victim have to share a room with another patient ? As much fund as this bogus hospital generates why do gunshot victims not have their own room ? I like the hospital but when it comes to get ur operation they make u wait I waited I'm bed at the hospital for over 9hr the first time then tues the 16 I waited again in my bed for over 8hr the nurse and staff people r great u can't find the doc or there assistance
Nurses are not care human life. My dad was with 34 of his sugar and the nurse and supervisor wanted explication about what happen. They had to call and wait for doctor permit to summit dextrox. Ridiculous!!!

Love it here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. My husband is here for Cancer surgery and it has been a pleasant stay for my daughter and I too. The Drs and Nurses on his team all introduced themselves to us and explained their roles. The nurses in the recovery room were super nice and efficient. Very thankful he was here for his surgery. There are lots of places to sit, everything is so clean, everyone is very knowledgeable, we felt safe and secure, and the cafeteria has amazing food.
