I have to say that I am very disappointed with Robert Wood. From the transplant center all the way down to the emergency department that I am visiting right now. Although there are to many things to list about the care that my husband has received and continues to receive, I would never recommend this hospital. The only positive I will say is the children part is excellent. The emergency room that I am sitting in right now is horrendous! I cannot say enough about the wonderful, timely care we have received at RWJ. My son was treated here today. He fell and needed an xray. We went to the children's emergency room and we were seen, treated, xrayed and sent home in under 90 minutes. The staff is so kind, caring and sensitive to children's needs. Our nurse was excellent and she really engaged w my son. Our doctor was kind, clear and quick with what we needed. This is such a wonderful hospital, especially for children. I strongly recommend RWJ.

Its all about the bottom line$$$. There is no quality of care. Was told by one nurse " you should go home, you can get sicker in the hospital"

I just spent five days in Core 2 and it was exceptionally well run. Everyone was incredibly professional and dedicated. They took great delight in doing jobs I have neither the talent, expertise nor desire to do. I truly enjoy being surrounded by young, hard-working, multi cultural people and I have only the highest praise for everyone I encountered. Not only were they professionally compliment but they all had the demeanor, spirit, and attitude that is so necessary in healthcare. They all have my unending gratitude.
