I had great nurses during my stay on the 9th floor. Enrique was the best !!!� Just the roommates were crazy pants.��
way better than most in my area, they figure out what’s wrong in the ER department even when they are super busy.
I will know more later about patient care but the visitor’s restroom is a mess. The family waiting room at other hospitals have coffee carts n refreshments. Not here. Terrible to be here with someone who has no one to take her and not be made more comfortable.

Hello I am writing this to complain the billing I keep receiving by using your ER last May 17-18, 2018. $145..37. When I called your billing department she told me that bill is for using your facility. So it’s not covered by my insurance. I already paid $100 for emergency. We came there with my husband May 17 around 10:30ish. It took 2 hours before someone looked on me. Then another one hour to take medicine. The emergency room is horrible! My daughter is there now feeling very sick and very concerned for her health and the nurse is ridiculing her and telling her that they can't test her for her concerns! What kind of place is this? She went there seeking healthcare! What is she supposed to do now?
