I spent some time in their ER and on the Surgical Oncology floor 6N. I was brought back in the ER with barely a wait. It was clean, my nurse was very sweet. When I was in 6N I had some really great nurses and techs (Janine and Elizabeth were the best). The residents and nursing supervisor were great too. For a hospital, their food wasn’t bad at all either. The only downside was that my room during my second stay in 6N was not nearly as comfortable as my room during my first stay but overall it was good!

My sister was recently in robert wood johnson hospital hospital for sever pancreatitis. She was transferred from Centra State in Freehold. We credit them for saving her life. HOWEVER, the lack of care she receives from the clinic...trying to stay with the doctors who saw her in the hospital has been absolutely atrocious. NO ONE CARES THERE. You are just one person in a pool of millions. No return calls, no test results, no appointments available, and then wait 3 hours to see a doctor... Terrible. So sad. I’ve donated and have been involved in hospitals all across the country. Rwjuh has the worst emergency room I’ve ever visited. Very outdated systems and rooming. They stick you in a hall for hours. They put tons of beds every where they can fit one. If your not about to die take the drive to another emergency room. My foundation will never give to he Robert wood johnson foundation again!
