Ita has been fabulous to deal with throughout the entire process of securing our new home. Ita has always went above and beyond for us and is an excellent communicator, answering all our questions, obtaining key information for us and always getting back to us very promptly. Overall fantastic experience with Ita and the Robert Wilson group.
Very poor experience of what should have been a very positive one. Highly on the sellers side and repeatedly adding unnecessary pressure when there didn't need to be any. Suggested a survey wasn't required as the propery was a 'Solid house'. Survey identified 10+ issues including a couple majors. Then wouldn't respect delays as a result of issues found from the survey! ××Response to your reply×× We were 100% advised that a Survey wouldn't be needed! We will now take this to the Ombudsman.
