Wanted to charge £100 just to value the house! Hanging the charges in nice and early! why use them when others will do it for free?
I've lived in one of their properties in Northowram for about 15 months now. I couldn't recommend this agents enough! From the second I payed interest in renting through them to now, I can honestly say I've never had friendlier, more efficient service from an estate agents before.
