Can't give 0 but would if I could. Ridiculous system for getting an appointment, how is our NHS this bad?!? 1.27 through options just to tell you there's no appointments then hung up. Been through this 12 times already.

Absolute shambles. Can't get through to book an appointment. I was no. 1 in the que for nearly an hour, the staff cut me off 3 times when I did manage to get through. The doctors and nurses are amazing and do a great job, but it's nearing on impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone to book an appointment!

Having followed the correct procedure I went to collect my painkillers from Cohens . Not ready despite a weeks notice given . I queued for 40 mins in the surgery to try n get an appointment. None left despite being 8th in Q and arriving 25mins before opening. I then sat in the waiting area for over 2 hrs in extreme pain waiting for a GP to provide a repeat prescription….. in the end I couldn’t bear to sit in pain any longer n came home in agony n no better off despite spending 3 hrs at the surgery!!!! Absolute shower, I was desperate for antibiotics due to coughing and being sick.The just kept trying to get rid of me. Sent me to Neyland, then pembroke then back to Milford and then said they didnt have my date of birth so I couldnt have an appointment. But they had my mobile, and NHS number. Didnt care one bit, absolute useless and didnt care

ONLY ONE RESEPTIONIST ON COUNTER WERE THEY COULD HAVE 2 ON OR PUT ONE ON COUNTER AT ALL TMES IN MORNING AND CHANGE THE RESPTONIST IN AFTERNOON TIMES
