Always had a great experience as I use Robert J. Dole for all of my medical treatment. My last ER visit was unusually horrible. Very slow, unorganized, and rude. Hope this isn’t becoming the norm as I am a dis-abled vet and rely on the treatment that the VA offers me.

Completely in line with all other VA's. They lack proper treatment toward TBI's and the rudeness in which Dr. Gorcos is allowed to speak to his patient saying that I have never been diagnosed with the epilepsy that is clearly been documented in my medical records by Dr. Cheng and by Dr. Ashford at they Palo Alto VA and how he was completely disregarding those records leave this hospital open to negligence. Since arriving here in Wichita I have been given plenty of lip service on how this is the 4th best VA in the country yet... read more
I have always had great service and treatment at the Dole VA Center. It's a shame when I have to explain to others the way to get things done or why things are happening the way they are at this center.
