I have to say that hands down The Robert J Dole VA Medical Center is the BEST! I have nothing but good to say about the Doctor's, the Nurses and the entire staff at this facility. The treatment I have received there is the best I have ever received anywhere. Words can not do justice to the way I feel. Thank you everyone for what you do. Keep up the good work.
I was in the ER last night, the RN made sure my pain and comfort was addressed first, the ANRP and Doctor saw me with in 10 mins upon arrival. Thank you for best service.
How dare the VA staff treat patients the way they do. These men and women fought so you all can have your freedom. And, you refuse to give my dad a bath because you wanted a break.
Absolute and total lack of accountability by Management and Human Resources. The reason you have an inept work force is because your good employees are the ones who become burned out by all of the other employees who are dirt bags not being held accountable and having to pick up their slack which eventually makes them leave.
