I have mixed reviews. We’ve had good and bad experiences. No notice on cancelled appointments. Currently brought my father in to the ER. It’s been almost 3 hours and no update from a Doctor. The kicker is I convinced my dad to use the VA. I had heard so many things about changes in care. In some areas, I’d give them an A+ but, in others I would have to give them a D. they can start by not loosing your files or paperwork then relying on you to tell them where to find it. also having to call them to remind them that they had set up for appointments that had never happened or heard back about. the place use to be pretty good but anymore team 12 is a joke. I should be getting paid because I'm doing the job for them.

I know the VA is highly criticized at times..... But you guys were amazing and recommend the Robert J Dole VA hospital to a many vet Medan having a surgery! Thanks again!
