My prep visit with him was excellent. An excellent Dr. very attentive. Takes time to explain options and potential scenarios. Caring and knowledgeable. He finally treated me on iFebruary 7 and everything was fantastic. Nurses were excellent including Bryan, Ms. Charity and Jeff. The receptionist of Latino origin was very welcoming and professional. After an examination by Dr. Hardi, he told me that I needed to have an MRI done before I see the proctologist. I had the MR! done and it cost me out-of-pocket money. The proctologist stated that it was not needed. A diet change was needed, and there was no need for a MRI. When I contacted Dr. Hardi, he refused to reimburse me for a MRI that he said the proctologist would need. Dr. Hardy is a fine specialist in his field and a compassionate doctor. I highly recommend him to my friends.
Dr Robert Hardi has been my GI physician for about 15 years now. He has wonderful bedside manner, always listens and addresses my concerns. I never feel rushed, and he always makes himself available when needed. He has been a huge support in navigating my Crohn's disease, which can be a complex and difficult thing to live with. Highly recommend!
