I went in the other day to buy a cheese grater. One member of staff at the till i think his name was finley, was super helpful abd assisted me in finding the perfect cheese grater
Great store but inconsistent staff. Younger members of staff are pleasant, friendly and always willing to assist. The older lady however, is the most unfriendly person there, as another reviewer mentions. Ask previous customers about the female member of staff who’s mardy and they always describe her, so it’s obviously not just me having had a negative experience. Always helpful and stock very good and extensive
Had to send legal documents overseas with DHL. Spoke to Manager, James on phone yesterday, he explained process. Went into store this morning and James was friendly and helpful. Made it so easy. Thank you
