Being there yesterday for my third time. I was trying to ask some detailed information in regarding my membership cards, but there was a lack of listening from the member of staff, which made me feel so small in front on my wife. It was meant to be my new local shop...
Could not get a refund by telephone, they force me to go there. First time, they didn't refund it because they didn't communicate with the customer service ! The second time, instead of a refund, they charge me again! Eventually, the lady refunded it double the money. THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE MY LIFE IMPOSSIBLE !
They do not return a product that has been purchased 5 minutes ago. Stick with amazon. they are useless
