Great shop sells all the bits I need and the staff are helpful.
I had to search for a member of staff ,then I found the manager whom I asked a product query,her response was communicated in an extremely rude manner,impatient and curt.This shop used to vibrant, helpful and had a great range of products. No longer.
Useless, tubs of paint are not even sealed correctly, they denied everything, I had to clean 30 minutes worth of clothes and items and all I wanted from a £50 order was a £15 item to be replaced
I put in a substantial order to be delivered. I paid extra for my chosen delivery date. Then I receive emails stating that the items wouldn't be delivered together but instead on a variety of different days, and with no tracking available!! I emailed to complain. 3 days later, no repoanse. I stated that I would not be at home all week to accept the deliveries, hence paying extra for a designated date, and that if the date wasn't stuck to I would be requiring a refund.
