Rude, unprofessional, and manipulative staff, including the property manager. The property was handed over to us in a greasy and dirty condition, and we had to spend several days cleaning it ourselves before it was properly habitable. Despite this, they attempted to charge us for cleaning at the end of the tenancy even though we returned the property in a much cleaner state than when it was given to us. Having been let down on a number of occasions, we decided to move to this company. Our house is on the west coast of Scotland and we are based in Norfolk, so it is very important to us that they deal with things locally. And they have. They organised the installation of a new Calor tank, replacing the roof, redecoration and many other "routine" tasks.
