It's worth pointing out that solid fuel central heating systems are above Rob's pay grade. I wanted an addition added to a heating system. Contacted Rob 20.10.23, no reply so I emailed and phoned. Rob visited two weeks later, and promised to get back immediately with a quote. Three more emails and four phone calls all promising that he would ring back. Nothing. I suspect that the solid fuel system was beyond his comfort zone.
We decided to use Rob as we were unhappy with the servicing from Worcester on our Worcester oil boiler. We were so glad we did. Mich did a fantastic job, very thorough, removing parts to clean , that clearly haven't been removed and checked in years. A very polite, knowledgeable, tidy, respectful and professional guy. We can highly recommend this company.
I called Rob the boiler man, as my combi boiler had developed a low pressure problem. Thanks to Mitch my boiler is now running like new, I can definitely recommend excellent customer service from start to finish
