The work previosuly completed was good. However, been trying to get Rob and team round for a repair since beginning of December. Approved the quotation, date booked in... no show, no communication. This is now happened 4 maybe 5 times.

We found a leak in the bedroom on Friday night, called Rob Fensome on Saturday morning and he came and repaired the leaking roof about an hour later. Without his help, we would have a very wet room and a lot of additional damage.. Thank you very much. His promt respose was very much appreciated.
