Dr. Patrawala is efficient, extremely competent, clearly explains test findings and recommendations, and is an approachable and likeable physician. Easily merits a five-star rating! The clinic he works at is a "well oiled machine" where I cold have an echocardiogram, an ekg and a consultation with Dr Patrawala all bein one back-to-back appointment.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The technicians who performed my tests were professional and made me feel at ease. And, of course, Dr. Patrawala is an excellent doctor. He takes his time explaining procedures and treatments; I feel like I'm his only patient.
Dr Patrawala performed two very successful cardiac ablations on me in 2009 ( I was in that =/- 30% that need a repeat). Both times I felt I was in the best hands possible. The good doctor and his team of people were just phenomenal. Caring, concerned, and kind. It is now 16 years later and I am now probably heading back for a repeat procedure.
