We needed the stump grinder to remove a eucalyptus that was proving tough to dig out. After contacting Roaming Goat, Lucy advised on the cost and the service she provided which was very reasonable. We arranged a date and due to a van breakdown Lucy had to rearrange, but the communication was excellent telling me when she was going to arrive. Lucy did a great job removing 2 silver birch stumps and some very large roots along with some smaller lilac tree stumps. It was very easy to communicate with Lucy from the first contact to the day of her visit. She arrived promptly and worked in a very professional manner, making sure we were happy with the work when she had finished. This was Lucy's second visit to us as she had already efficiently removed several large conifer stumps in our front garden a couple of years ago.
