Very disappointing. The lack of professionalism and ability to do their own jobs was astonishing.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely no communication even when putting an offer on a house: they didn't share the homeowner's response nor if another person had placed a higher offer. Had to call them, leave several voicemails just to to hear they had been sitting with critical information for hours. Overall a frustrating and unprofessional experience with them.
