All my furniture arrived scratched, scuffed and with glass broken. A tea chest and several boxes containing all of my personal effects and those of my late mother and late daughter had 'gone missing'. Over £3000 in value but beyond value in terms of sentiment. I refused compensation offer of £300 because I had heard (and since verified) that this has happened to others and I hope someday to join other victims in a class action.
