Quick shout for Tom - difficult to imagine anyone being more helpful and accommodating. Felt a bit of negativity on a previous visit but Tom's 'can do' attitude and attention to detail was fantastic and so much appreciated! My faith restored.
Ordered a bike battery online from RM Cycles and had to return it as I accidentally ordered the wrong one. The returned parcel was left outside the shop at 10pm at night by the Courier. Mike went above and beyond to locate the missing parcel so I could get my refund! It was an expensive battery so I really appreciated all their help. Quick to reply to emails and amazing customer service so would 100% recommend!
Service was 10/10 all the way through purchasing the bike. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

lots of giant bikes. many bargains huge stock perhaps not for everyone, but those getting into ebikes will enjoy it.
