Bought a new bike off these guys mail order. It arrived the day after ordering, with everything well setup. Gears indexed, brakes trued, etc. Even the brake hoses and cables were a good length. All I needed to do was bolt the bars on, add pedals, check the pressure on tyres, forks and shocks and away inside. So top quality product, top quality price and top quality service.

I got a bike from you guys and had it less than a year and the frame has snapped.. I got the bike to commute to and from work so it wasn’t ridden idiotically at all. I emailed about it and got passed round several people about it and nothing has come of it, I’m really not happy with RM Cycles as they made the bike sound perfect for what I needed and it’s rubbish..I don’t do trails and I don’t do jumps or anything stupid, i got the bike for work and it has already given up on me in less than a year and nothing can be done app... read more
