RM Contractors are a local business to me, they replaced my front gutter. They did an excellent job to a high standard. Communication was excellent from the first visit to assess and provide a quote until job completion. The staff were friendly, mannerly and I would recommend to family and friends.
Gavin has repaired one of my chimneys with new pebble dashing, and removed the other which was unsafe, to get them watertight. He has also replaced and secured ridge and other tiles. He has replaced all my gutters which drain much better now. Throughout the process he has been very professional and sensible in his advice about what needed done. He is also very particular about the quality of his work, so I am happy to recommend him.
Gavin carried out repairs to our porch roof and replaced fascias. He also carried out some minor maintenance on our roof. This is the second time we have used his company. We are very happy with the standard of work. Gavin was also good at keeping us informed about progress and when work would be carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company.
Had a damp issue in my loft, Gavin responded to my enquiry promptly and pinpointed the issue quickly and gave an honest opinion. Ventilation was added to facias and job was completed within the week.
