This company is not who they say they are - it is actually Home Heat. Look them up and you will see the bad reviews. The plumber arrived and cut a big hole in our drywall, which was pointless. If he had checked, he would have seen there were wood planks behind the drywall, which would make an access hatch impossible. He made a mistake and left us with a big unnecessary hole in the wall. Team arrived within 45 minutes and the first issue we had with heating not working, then fixed multiple radiators that weren't working and then identified a final issue with the heating once it had fired up. Very friendly, good value and I'm very happy.
