Great local family run business with personal touch throughout the process . Fitting was completed by Ryan and Paul who went above and beyond . We are really happy with our, windows , doors and outside cladding which was installed within 4 days. Quick to respond to snagging issues as was having front rendered, following fitting and returned promptly to finsh small details.very competitively priced. From Contacting the office and having our first initial chat with the ladies in the office, to a visit to our home for a consultation followed by the works being completed. After a not so good experience with a national company, we decided to definitely go local for our new windows. So glad we did, RLM were over half the price of the national company with even better quality. Everyone from the sales guy Neil to the fitters Shaun and Richie were so lovely, polite and professional. Absolutely no mess from the fitters either. 10 out of 10 service from the initial contact to the work being complete. The work looks fantastic and there was not one single bit of dirt or mess left behind. Would definitely recommend.
We recently had our front door fitted after using RLM for our bathroom window and WOW!! Both times using you the service/installation has been absolutely perfect and we’re blown away by the quality of the door.
