I'd give then no stars if I could. Terrible service. No communication or customer service skills. They don't care about customers or their cars. Kept saying it would be ready the following day but then never heard from them and they ignored phone calls. They refused to provide an invoice showing what we were paying for. They said it would be emailed after. Still nothing. Reporting to trading standards as seems a bit fishy. Please do not give this company your car he fixed my wet belt then it snapped I had to get my car to him he kept it 4 months and constantly avoided me iv had to get someone to pick my car up to get my engine fixed I booked this through click mechanic who have. Now banned him from there network and I’m now at the stage of small claims court shame I even had to leave 1 star
Please DO NOT give your car to RLC they have collected my money broke my Engine into pieces as they were suppose to fix a wet cam belt .the bad part is that I was threatened to recover my car which I drove into their garage. i recovered my vehicle and the work is not done. RLC auto repairs are now located on 47 Bayford road Sittingbourne.BEWARE.
