RecommendedAbsolutely awesome group of people, Everyone we talked to and worked with were incredibly nice and helpful!! Our sales woman was Melissa Falls and she was wonderful!! She listened to what my husband wanted (the truck is more for him than me), but also listened to me and helped us work toward the perfect truck! I didn't feel like we were pressured into anything, she and everyone made the process so very easy and enjoyable. We had a very good experience with RK Chevrolet Virginia Beach. Our sales person Melissa was excellent had our paperwork ready when we got there. And we were out with in two hours.everyone was very nice and courteous and I would recommend RK Chevrolet to my friends and family.

I got totally messed up with them. They told me they were here to help me out . That I was getting older and needed a vehicle that would be better for me knowing that I still had a vehicle that I owed alot on. Talked me into getting a new truck and said we will give you 3 months before you start paying that way you can try to sell other car. Spent the whole day here basically. Even though there was an accident with my truck. This place always goes above and beyond. Loaner truck, a ride home to get my other vehicle by a manager mike hill in his personal vehicle. An employee shirt i been asking for Andrew Andretti thx. Some lettering and logos for the golf cart thanks Dayton. Full service provided on 2 vehicles and was able to work most the day and the time I’ve spent waiting the last couple hrs using an office to do paperwork and payroll.
