Used to be fine but recently standards have dropped, never know if they’ve been. Haven’t opened the back gate for months because never know what day they are coming. Pretty sure we have paid invoices but not had the clean. Window above door all scratched on the outside. Just cancelled as we cannot afford to pay for a service that’s not delivered. The windows are never clean, I've been telling them that when the sun comes round about 5pm the sun shines on the windows and they are really marked, today was no exception, Bird poo still on bedroom window, cobwebs and dead insects left on cill. Only way I know they are done is all the water left everywhere. £9 for 6 tiny windows and cleaner is there for 3 minutes. Don't recommend, sorry.
