Not open when they say they are as of that terrible service would never use again well peacehaven branch anyway
Good range, good prices, not very welcoming. Opening the front of the shop rather than expecting customers to go around to the back door and removing the plastic covid shield would be a great start. Someone like my wife would not feel comfortable using the shop in its current state. I'm very happy with the products, price and service but I think the shop deters some customers by closing itself off to more casual shoppers.
