Friendly staff and great selection of furniture
Took delivery of my sofas and chair this week. Service and customer care excellent during the choosing and buying process. I was given some sofas and chair 'on loan' whilst waiting on delivery of my own Delivery guys James and Jamie were excellent. Very careful and clean and very patient with my husband who has dementia and mobility issues.
New suite ordered last year, excellent service from staff, didn't follow us about but let us look at our own pace. We were informed it would probably be after Christmas due to time scale. Phone call received last week that it would be delivered today Thursday 30th January. Received another call when they were about 1 hour away. James and Jamie came in first to ascertain best way to get the suite in. Suite was brought in fully covered for protection. Cover removed and front legs screwed on. I ordered a bed settee on July last year from the Uddingston branch was told it would be delivered on December fhen later that year it would be delivered on January 2025 so far no delivery has has been done I keep phoning r and j leather number but they don't seem to answer which us very unprofessional So what's happening R & J Leather ?? I realise rhe staff do their utmost at helping the public but it's very frustrating when one has to wait so long for their purchase to be divided
