Dealer tried to bait and switch a friend and tag on 10,000$ mark up on a car he's been waiting over half a year for when it finally showed up. scum bags at their finest, they did not honor the msrp price to sell the car as was agreed.
Pulled a bait and switch on a buddy for his Focus RS. He signed an agreement on the price and once the car arrived he showed up to the dealership and the GM added a 10k mark up. Very dishonest dealer. Dealerships like this won't last with social media and the way word gets around. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP

Jerked around a customer on a new Focus RS, had agreed to a price, on paper, then months later when the car arrived they asked for 10,000 dollars more than agreed price. Avoid this place.

Happy to say that my visit at Joe Rizza Ford with Temo Velazquez in Sales was delightful, Courteous and professional and concern for my needs. The process was long and took a while but overall good and he filled my gas tank also he ordered my 2012 Nissan Altima user manual for the car that was not available with the vehicle for FREE!! Once again Thank You
False advertising is a dubious practice to trick customers
Sell you and drop you, is this all dealerships? Certainly it is Joe Rizza. Love my car but can't get a call back so why bother twice?
