Never going there. Worst place to buy a car. Horrible customer service, horrible experience place in general, how are you still in business greedy corporate pigs?
We've purchased 4 vehicles from this place for my husband over the past couple of years. You'd think by now we wouldn't be bounced around and ignored but alas, that is the case. Problems with them since before we purchased the 4th vehicle less than a month ago but was being assured it would be handled well since we are "such good customers". Anyone can be top notch when things go perfectly, it takes a special team to handle things well when there are hiccups. Even though the issue with our brand new car was not your fault (small factory issue), you all pulled through and provided Top Shelf, quality, customer care. So i dropped my car for a routine oil change , and when i picked it up i realized an expensive cologne i had inside my glove box was missing iam 200% sure it was inside my glove box that cologne never leaves my car , called the next day and spoke to the service manager and he said we'll look at the cameras and see who took it and give you a call back of course he never called back, i contacted him after two month to see what he have done of course nothing and he said he will call me back in two days and thats about a week ag... read more

Drove over an hour, have stellar credit, one of the highest possible ratings, had arranged for our own financing, talked to the internet department, then arrived and handed off to Bruce, a salesperson who was courteous, until trying to actually purchase the chosen vehicle and we were given a price thousands of dollars more than it costs at other dealers. My husband and I was looking to upgrade my 2011 limited explorer to a 2016 limited. The Sales person AL (don't remember last name). We were told that he could have a car there in an hour for us to see. Al asked where did my husband worked and he wouldn't disclosed he worked for Ford. He asked if we had sufficient income. We said Yes! We left and went to another dealer while we waited on the call from AL.. Needless to say we didn't get a call until today, a week later asking if anything had chnaged... Kudos to the service department at Joe Rizza Ford. They go above and beyond and even fixed things that I didn't tell them about. One of the porters even took it upon himself to clean my inside windows when I went to pick the car up and he saw how foggy they were. Thanks a bunch!!!
