I had bought tires at Rizza Ford 1 year ago. When I tried to make an appointment for the 6 month tire rotation I was told they were 5 hours behind and to try the weekend or the following week. I called back the following week and was told they were 2 weeks behind. I finally get an appointment 3 months later but arrive 20 minutes before service department closes due to being stuck in traffic. Service person was rude and told me I was an hour late. If you're going in to buy a new car from Joe Rizza Ford, ask to talk to Lee Richardson. Most helpful, patient, and friendly car salesmen I have ever met. I have bought 8 cars in the past 4 years from all over with my last 2 being from Joe Rizza Ford and because of Lee I continue to, and will continue to return.
One of the worst car dealerships I have ever been to. Completely rude staff. I can't believe they're in business. Go to bettenhousen instead. Shameless staff
I'm on my 3rd Lincoln from them and I wouldn't think of getting one anywhere else. The sales staff and service department are always knowledable and courteous and I am usually in and out of there quickly.
I deal with one service tech at this dealership and have always had a good experience if that is possible when your car breaks down. He has always given me an appointment in a very timely manner and made sure I was taken home or received a rental car if needed. I have purchased 3 cars in the last 3 years from Rizza dealerships and so far am satisfied.
So far so good. Salesman Joey Gio was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought. Lacking on the detailing of this vehicle though. Vacuuming and wiping down the ENTIRE interior is part of a good detailing job. Topping of the gas tank or giving a free oil change or car wash would have been a good gesture but why split hairs? I got a good deal I thought on an awesome vehicle. Keeping my fingers crossed if I have to visit the service department in the future. Hope not!!!
