Took my dads expedition in for an oil change. Got it done, saw them pull it out, and they had an issue closing the window in the truck. Then it sat there for 45 minutes while trying to close it and didn't tell me a single thing about it even though I watched it all happen. Asked a different service advisor to see how long it would take, they just shrugged me off and didn't even care because they "didn't write the car up." Terrible service.
My husband went in to purchase a new vehicle and was given an out the door price. We went in the following day to purchase the vehicle. After test driving and sitting down to purchase the vehicle, the salesman said the only one they have left had an additional option (cold weather), and he could not honor the price he originally gave us. We asked if he could get another one in at that price, and he said no. Very disappointing, if you can not stand behind your word, what is your worth?
I was very pleased with there work. I pulled in they took care of me right away with in and I was out of there in a hour.
I always have a great experience getting my car serviced.
