I came in knowing exactly which car I was interested in and Bruce helped me get a great deal on it. Gave me a great value for my trade in car and I even got some money off of what I thought I'd be paying because I paid cash and didn't finance. Hamde was very informative about every page of paperwork I signed and I was confident that I didn't sign anything that said I had to give up my first born child and three toes. I let service writer know that i needed a shuttle/ loaner and he apparently didnt let the shuttle driver know. I asked him where the shuttle driver was and he asked me " you didnt see him?" Like i was supposed to know what hw looked like! Poor service!
Every time i come hir i have to wait for 2 or 3 hours for oil change its a 30mim job wtf takes so long?
The truck department is outstanding!! Very respectful dealer ship to work with! I have been buying trucks for years from Rizza ford!!
I would definitely recommend this dealer, they totally worked with me to get the car I wanted at the price and the monthly payment I wanted. They didn't act like they just wanted to get a sale and shoo me out the door. Love my new car and I will def be back to buy my next one in the future!
Bait and switch tactics, adding a dealer mark-up after already agree to sell the car for MSRP.
Just another terrible Ford dealer that tries to sell products for way more than the manufacturer intended.
Three words. Bait and Switch. Hiking price up $10k for friend of mine after a signed purchase agreement and over a year of waiting because they don't know their own product and would rather shaft a repeat customer. I hope he sues the wheels off of this stealership.
