HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE THIS ISN'T THE LAST THEY WILL HEAR FROM ME! WAIT TILL I GET TO RATE THEM. I WOULD THINK THIS PLACE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THEIR NEW COSTUMERS HAPPY NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE!
Completely appalled this place is still in business. Horrible horrible customer service. They lie for the sake of making even more money off their customers as if the purchase of a vehicle isn't enough. Mr. Rizza & Dave, service supervisor....way to stand behind your product, I will highly advise everyone I know to stay the hell away. You need to take notes from Currie Ford .....no questions asked they take care of their customers and apparently clean up Rizza's mess of unhappy customers.
Since the 70's
Hate to say it but I don't think I'll be purchasing a vehicle from here again. I traveled a hour to here to buy a model that I couldn't find in my area. I paid $20,000 for a SUV and there is a few things on it that were broken and they told me that I had to fix out of my pocket, I never had that before, usually a dealer makes sure everything is in top shape before putting a car on the lot. And they gave me the vehicle with almost on E. They wouldn't go down on the price at all. I am very disappointed in Joe Rizza Ford
I was able to buy a car for myself and my mother there and was treated well by the staff. The service department has been very accommodating and attentive.
I'm appalled at how poorly they treated a customer. Don't ever return a leased vehicle here. The hassle is not worth it. And watching them play the "blame game" is pathetic. Watch your wallet and take your business elsewhere.
