EDIT: After writing a 1 star review, we received the below reply. We contacted Rawan and within hours received a phone call to schedule an appointment. We'll be going in on Wednesday, so we'll see how our experience is once we have our truck worked on. :)
I brought my car in on January 2nd because my car wouldn't start. I had to have the car jumped because the battery was dead. When I got into the service garage, Ike the service technician took care of me. He was very respectful and told me that they would prorate my battery which they did. When Ike called me that my car was ready and I picked it up, Ike explained everything they did to the car. I am very satisfied with your service & Ike's courtesy!
