Alexis, WOW what a great young man and very personable and professional. Had the answer to every question I asked and even came in early for his shift just to fit my schedule. Service advisor was friendly, attentive, thorough and explained the process and saved me some money. Advised of items that needed future attention and estimated price. He was not pushy. However, please always ask if I want my vehicle washed. I brought it in dry, I want to leave the same way, not soaking wet.
