The service department is always fast, friendly, and professional. Eduardo always does a great job keeping us informed on the status of our car, and takes his time explaining what work (if any) we might need down the road. I've never felt pressured or mislead like previous auto shops I've been to. They also have a nice waiting room with awesome coffee and comfortable chairs.

They jerked my elderly mother around about recall work. In the end, I had to intervene. They’re rude and inconsiderate of people’s time and schedules. When I finally got a human being on the phone, I spoke with Bob who picked up the phone in the body work department (not the department I wanted but it was such a frustrating experience that I started pushing buttons to get someone to answer).
