Customer service and being able to speak someone at the corporate office. I have called twice and not received a phone call back yet.

I don't understand how a property management company like Morgan Properties can make a deal with COX cable to mandatory make its residents pay $65 a month for internet and basically say if you don't like it don't renew your lease. Everyone doesn't need the internet thru a cable company. This needs to be investigated by the State's Attorney General Office.

clean and disinfect CORRIDORS, ELEVATORS, GLASS, HANDLES!! finger prints, dog slobber, dirty elevator floors. hasn't been cleaned in months! and signs saying they are taking all the precautions for COVID... GERMS ALL OVER!!

they raise your rent around $80 a year. worst ever especially now a days they should be ashamed of themselves

Would not recommend Morgan properties to ANYONE. Washer was always leaking, maintenance was horrible and left jobs unfinished, plumbing is also horrible. Appliances out of date but rent is absurd. No security at the entrance of the complex but have these buzzer buttons to buzz visitors in that never worked. My packages were stolen from my front door multiple times. I also had a domestic violence situation where I had to break my lease and when I presented them with a police report, they were not able to work with me. Ended u... read more

Currently on day 2 of NO HEAT. Maintenance request placed on 12/8. On-call maintenance person says he is doing his best (I believe him) but we need heat. I have 3 children home. I called the office 12 times, no answer. Oddly...Someone from the office (nice lady) came to tell me I was behind on my rent this morning. I explained my situation and told her I sent forms to the office to be completed by Morgan Properties for rental assistance. Morgan Properties care only about the rent they collect. You cannot enter the mangers office d/t “Covid”! Do your part like all other businesses put up plexiglass, use face masks, hand sanitizer and wash down the areas! Don’t LOCK out your tenants, you can’t always get the mangers by phone! Not only that They make mistakes with billing and the tenant pays for it and you are the richer or someone is! Have a Blessed Christmas

11 years and i pay almost a G a month. how is it that its become hudson ave. the hood all trash around the dumpster and mountains of cans infront of entrance ways. the pools never open. with one child it costs 25-30 a week for laundry. they charge for trash water and get this SEWER!!! theres 50$ in addition to the rent they snuck in recently without knowing i had to. my rent is 888 +sewer, trash removal and house electric. they may have finally got new windows but im afraid the masonry is gonna eventually fall on my kid. thi... read more
