Awesome place to live. This is our third year here. Not sure why others are complaining about things that are out of control of management. Maintenance calls are answered promptly and any other questions I've had were answered promptly on the phone or face-to-face. As far as the staff is concerned, I challenge you to find nicer people. Quiet for the most part which is a plus.
This is a terrific place to live if you are looking for an extended family environment. I came from out of town and from day one, I have felt the welcoming warmth of the staff here. Great amenities, clean, safe, and comfortable. I highly recommend this community if you are looking to live in comfort, cleanliness, and respect from the staff and your neighbors as we all want to enjoy our time living in this exclusive community.
We loved living here. The staff was quick to respond if we had questions and maintenance did a quick job! Since we left, we have lived in a much bigger city and I can tell you that the staff here at Riverwind is the best. They are all very personal and know you by name.
