I would rate it a 0 if I could. Place is infested with bugs and mice! They do nothing about it. The property manager is rude and the associates have no idea how to properly enter a work order. I have to call atleast 5 times in a row to get them to answer the phone. One day I called 5 times, walked up there and the property manager, Alicia Cooper, and an associate, Hannah, were beside the pool smoking instead of answering residents phone calls!
I have a reserved parking and for the nights of Sunday & Monday (09/06/15 & 09/07/15) there was a car parked in my parking space. I called Ace Towing and was told that they would come out in the morning. That was Sunday night. The same thing happened Monday night, the same vehicle was parked in my reserved parking. I do not believe that Ace Towing ever came out...
Very nice place to live and also even better staff. Great location as well! Absolutely no complaints.
Riverwind is a great place if you don't mind bugs. They are everywhere inside and out. The staff is amazing until you don't want to re-sign your lease. This place practices shady business, and deception with its residents. MY advice is to stay away from this place!
