These are the best apartments I have lived in since moving to South Carolina in 2011!
I don't understand any of these bad reviews. We have lived here for a little over a year and have never had any issues. The few maintenance requests we have had, were taken care of in a very timely manner and we're done correctly. We just resigned our lease for another year. As for the people complaining that it's roach and or mice infested, maybe you guys should practice better cleaning skills, because I've never seen either one in our building.

The maintenance staff has been so helpful and on point! The staff here is so nice and great with anything I need. The complex is located in a convenient location. They allow pets so that is perfect for me!
Wonderful group of people that truly care and really want you to be happy with your apartment
The staff are all very nice. The apartments are near the woods so you will have bug problems if you don't treat for them. Any time I have a problem, the staff takes care of it within the week. The carpets need to be replaced and some of the cabinets in the kitchen need work. It depends on what apartment you are placed in. Some have been worked on recently, or some have not.
